Hundreds gathered at the open house celebration for the Methodist Center for Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine at Willowbrook early August.

The center's orthopedic specialists joined Methodist Willowbrook executives and the Cy Fair Chamber of Commerce in a ribbon cutting ceremony kicking off the event. Dr. Korsh Jafarnia and Methodist Willowbrook CEO Beryl Ramsey did the honors - before welcoming community neighbors to tour the new 25,000 square foot orthopedic, sports medicine and rehabilitation center.

Houston Dynamo players were on hand to sign autographs and help kids enjoy the outdoor festivities. There were free gifts, drawings and refreshments.

Others in attendance included Jim Adams - Methodist Willowbrook Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Muhammad Hanif -President of the Medical Staff, and Jack Searcy - Chairman of the Methodist Willowbrook Hospital Board.
